I live there for 20 years., try to rent it, but when that went really bad, and I had to evict the tenant, and then squatters came in the home and made a mess of it. I decided it was time to sell.. Nancy came in and was wonderful. I’m the very beginning until we got the final offer that was perfect and I accepted it. She was right there with me the whole time explaining everything and the whole process to me.. and even when we got an offer and then they pulled out she told me that don’t worry something better will come along and she was right. The offer was even better and that’s the one that we took. Find a home. She constantly went above and beyond her duties to help me find a suitable and financially acceptable property. She took detailed photos and videos which she sent to me because I was in a different state, And could not make the trip to see so many properties. Even the seller of the property that I purchased told me that he wished Nancy was his realtor after dealing with the realtor he had! Nancy is top Notch, professional, and totally honest and her relationships with her clientele. I like Nancy very very much and hope to continue a lasting friendship.

We needed to sell my mother's house and we lived 3.5 hours away. She was very responsive to all my texts/questions. She provided us with a list of inspectors and helped us determine what needed to be fixed prior to putting the house on the market vs waiting to see if the buyer wanted it fixed. She also provided a list of contacts to sell the house's contents. She even helped us get ready for the pictures.
