Nancy was absolutely wonderful to work with and I highly recommend her! We needed to sell my mother's house and we lived 3.5 hours away. She was very responsive to all my texts/questions. She provided us with a list of inspectors and helped us determine what needed to be fixed prior to putting the house on the market vs waiting to see if the buyer wanted it fixed. She also provided a list of contacts to sell the house's contents. She even helped us get ready for the pictures. NextHome provided beautiful pictures & the 3-D walk through for the listing at no additional cost. Nancy was also very helpful in evaluating the offers. Throughout the process (from when she walked through the house until it was closed), she texted me to keep me up to date with the progress. We sold the house in less than 1 week. I met Nancy through a coworker who I asked for a referral to help sell my house. I live there for 20 years., try to rent it, but when that went really bad, and I had to evict the tenant, and then squatters came in the home and made a mess of it. I decided it was time to sell..
Nancy came in and was wonderful. I’m the very beginning until we got the final offer that was perfect and I accepted it. She was right there with me the whole time explaining everything and the whole process to me.. and even when we got an offer and then they pulled out she told me that don’t worry something better will come along and she was right. The offer was even better and that’s the one that we took.
